形态描述：Perennial herbs, 15-25 cm tall, ± acaulescent, caespitose, vegetation with medifixed, appressed white hairs; caudex strongly ligneous, divided into a pluricipital root-crown forming abbreviated stems 1— 2.5 cm; stipules white, membranous, ranging from ovate on basal stems to narrowly triangular apically, 6-8 mm, adnate to petiole at base, densely pubescent. St ipules 2.5–3 mm long, narrowly triangular to triangular, nearly free from the petiole, at least the lower ones shortly vaginate-connate behind the stem. Leaves 5–6 cm long; petiole 1–2 cm long, with the rachis slender, grooved adaxially, hairy like the stem. Leaves 10–17 cm long; petiole 2– 2.5 cm long, like the rachis sulcate adaxially, sparsely to rather loosely covered with subappressed to ascending, tangled white and black hairs up to 1 mm long. Leaves 5-8 cm; stipules 2-3 mm, glabrous; petiole 1-2 cm, like rachis sparsely white and black hairy; leaflets in 4-6 pairs, narrowly elliptic, 5-18 × 3-6 mm, abaxially sparsely covered with appressed short white hairs, adaxially glabrous, apex obtuse. Racemes short, densely many flowered; peduncle 6-8 cm, shortly black hairy; bracts whitish membranous, subulate, ca. 1.5 mm, black hairy. Calyx ca. 2.5 mm, sparsely shortly black hairy; teeth ca. 1 mm. Petals purple; standard elliptic, 6.5-7 × ca. 4 mm, without distinct claw; wings ca. 5 mm; keel ca. 4 mm. Ovary shortly stipitate, glabrous. Legumes unknown.
